All Campuses Except UC San Francisco
Your campus covers all of the cost of medical, dental, vision and other insurance premiums for you and your eligible dependents. For more information, contact your campus GME office or log in to PlanSource.
UC San Francisco Residents and Fellows
UC covers the cost of the Anthem HMO medical plan, dental, vision and other insurance benefits for you and your eligible dependents.
You have the option to enroll in the Anthem PPO medical plan for a small monthly cost. What you pay for coverage in the Anthem PPO plan depends on whom you enroll:
- Yourself only: $30 per month
- Yourself plus children: $60 per month
- Yourself plus a spouse: $60 per month
- Yourself plus family: $90 per month
